Too bad they are using M$ ASP, cuz we get crap like this:
Things I notice from the registration... You have to be 18 (problem for some on my friends list)... Must have a Google account. No business use whatsoever. Linking to 3rd party stuff without their permission is prohibited (how does that work with news, for example?). Allowed but not required to remove obscene material. Similar to MySpace's terms of service: By submitting, posting or displaying any Materials on or through the orkut.com service, you automatically grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly perform and display such Materials.
