So, we have a new camcorder... but, get this, DINO bought it! hehe, now I am not to blame! hehe

Malachi | Well, technically we bought it for MSRP (that's what we get for buying it at BestBuy instead of waiting for an online store to mail it to us), got 10% off all accessories, and bought the 4-year service plan (though I never do, Dino pointed out that we should be taking more vacations here soon)... Then, we found it for $250 less locally the next day, and went back to BestBuy, and had them reimburse us $275 :) which covers the service plan. Could have still gotten it cheaper online, but then would have had to wait to break it in. Only real problem with the camera so far is that it is bottom loading so we have to take it off the tripod to change the tape. Also, the tapes only hold 60-90 minutes -- so have to be a little more restrictive when we start recording if we don't want it to end early. Posted by Malachi on Sun Jan 08 23:33:00 PST 2006 |
