The Supreme Court has decided that government employees who whistleblow do not get 1st amendment rights while on the job. Maybe I am missing something... The text of the 1st Amendment says: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. How does this not follow under or abridging the freedom of speech?
