Slashdot | MPAA Sues Movie-Swappers

Looks like Hollywood is once again writing Trojan/Worms to seek-n-destroy your computer. I guess now that Bush got more people into the Senate, they will make it legal for the MPAA to corrupt your system. Great. Too bad we don't have a computer version of Human Rights, so that we could sue them for inhumanity (or whatever) against our computers. What right do they have to "seek and destroy". What, they completely hose your system (with all of your emails, accounts, bills, transaction histories, etc) and say "oops, it wasn't meant to do that"? Bet we would get in trouble if we wrote one that seek-n-destroyed them.
